I had a busy last 5 days - two weddings in 3 days and 500 miles of driving with the whole family in tow! It's was fun but not a lot of sleep. Along the way, I developed a sore throat. Today, I hosted 2 webinars, each 60-90 minutes long. How'd I get through it with a sore throat? herbal teas with honey ozone through a canula painting my throat with the 4" Pro Plus LightTower multiple times throughout the day Yes, I used the Pro Plus at least 5 times today for 3-5 minutes each time. I faced the active side (shiny and with the indicator line) towards my throat. Indicator line pointing up. I slowly moved the plates up and down my throat. I could feel the energy moving and the gentle, balancing feel of the plates made a big difference in my ability to keep talking and recover from my sore throat in record time.
