Overview Dan led a Q&A on using Essential Energy plates and related products, covering body placement, home setup, care, and community questions. Use and Placement Dan described direct use on the body, especially over the thymus, as more intensive than leaving a tower in its stand; he advised starting gradually and adjusting use to individual tolerance. He discussed using plates to structure water and food, and orienting the active side toward the body. For the pendant, the logo faces outward. He said magnetic fields near a plate may interfere with its function and recommended keeping plates away from magnetic objects. Care and Questions Dan recommended cleaning plates with water and vinegar or mineral turpentine, wiping in one direction, and avoiding soap residue and scratches. Participants asked about symptoms such as dizziness or headaches, confirming whether a phone remains harmonized, and placement around eye surgery or implanted metal. Dan said responses can vary and offered no objective verification method beyond biofeedback or subjective experience for some questions. What explains persistent dizziness or headaches for an individual user, and how can phone harmonization be reliably checked? Community and Product Use Dan framed the call around product placement, daily use, care, and integrating plates into daily routines. Jesse described her experience using a plate, including adjusting intensity and trying different placements. Dan presented this as an individual experience, not a guaranteed result. Placement and Setup Dan compared direct body use with using a tower on its stand, and discussed placement at the thymus, wrists, ankles, and along the body. He covered product orientation, using plates with water or food, and placing home units away from magnetic interference. He clarified that the fixed towers inside Sarah’s conditioner are not removable. Care and User Questions Dan discussed cleaning, fingerprints, metal implants, eye-related use, and possible discomfort during use. He said people may respond differently and recommended reducing or changing use if it feels too intense. Participants asked how to assess whether a phone remains harmonized; Dan said he had not established a method beyond felt experience, while mentioning biofeedback tools for other assessments. Closing Discussion Dan shared a dentist’s account of healing after an extraction and described his family’s use of the products. He noted the community call schedule would change to the first and third Thursday of each month starting in December. Q&A with Dan 10/29/26
